Jackpot à Tulum Positive: Je suis tombé sur cette pépite d’or et je ne regrette pas mon choix! Emplacement parfait dans La Veleta J’ai loué le condo pour 12 nuits, je me suis senti tout de suite comme à la maison … N’hésitez pas à louer cet endroit, le personnel est attentif à tous nos besoins et le confort du lit est à envier au plus grand palais parisiens ! J’ai adoré mon séjour La piscine privée sur le toit est exceptionnelle Negative: Je n’ai absolument rien à dire sur ce que je n’ai pas aimé !

El alojamiento cumple con lo publicado sin embargo en el edificio hay ruido de construcción durante el dia inclusive un sábado, en la noche todo normal tranquilo. En general es buen lugar para quedarse unos de dias y salir a conocer

Das Appartment ist richtig herzig. Wie auf den Bildern. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich grad zu Hause. Es ist auch das einzige Appartment in dem Gebäude, das so eingerichtet ist. Sehr cozy🤗 Maria ist der Host, ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Kommunikation ist super. Die Lage ist gut, da man im der Mitte von der Stadt und vom Strand ist. Auto oder Roller braucht man so oder so. Fahrrad geht auch, aber ist am Abend Nacht nicht empfehlenswert. Wir empfehlen das Appartement. Vor allem, wenn man am Abend eher zu Hause ist und tagsüber unterwegs ist. Danke für die schöne Zeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft!

de toda mi estadia en Mexico, el alojamiento fue lo que me dejo la mayor satisfaccion, realmente me senti como en mi casa, no me falto y hubo nada que perturbara mi descanso, ademas el lugar, entorno y fauna local mejoro lo que simplemente puede ofrecer un alojamiento, y sumado a los amenities del edificio, realmente increible y mas de lo que esperaba. Venianos de un vuelo, de terror con la empresa AVIANCA, perdida de vuelo, rotura de valijas sin hacerse cargo ect... cuando llegamos cansados y molestos no supimos encontrar las llaves problema que enseguida soluciono nuestro anfitrion Sergio muy amablemente...gracias por todo,esperamos volver, sin duda recomendaremos el lugrar...

Unique Cancellation Policy

Please note that this home follows a unique cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, no refunds are available. Please review your confirmation details carefully before booking.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Integra 360 Vacations will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Integra 360 Vacations will match it.
